মহাসাধক ভারতের সিএস আই আর কে ভিত্তি করে নতুন আইন পাশ করে একটা একাডেমি প্রতিষ্ঠা করেছে ভারত সরকার। যা সেখানে কর্মরত বিজ্ঞানীদের কাজে লাগিয়ে বিজ্ঞান ও শিল্প গবেষনার শাখা গুলোতে উচ্চতর ডিগ্রী দেবে। গড়ে উঠবে দক্ষ মানব শক্তি। http://acsir.res.in/ The Bill proposes to establish an Academy for furtherance of advancement of learning and prosecution of research in the field of science and technology in association with CSIR and to declare the institution known as the Academy of Scientific and Innovative Research, to be an institution of national importance. At present, scientists pursuing research in any of the 37 laboratories of CSIR across the country have to register themselves at different universities. বিজ্ঞান গবেষনা কিসের উপর হবে কিভাবে হবে কেন হবে কিভাবে তাদের কাজে লাগানো যায় তা নিয়ে কতৃপক্ষ চিন্তিত নন। গবেষক রা বাংলাদেশে কর্মকর্তা। তাই প্রশাসনের কর্তারা আর দশটা কর্মকর্তার মতই তারা কাজ করবে এটাই তারা ভাবেন। নয়টায় আসবেন পাঁচটায় যাবেন। এই প্যাচেঁ পড়ে উদ্দমী যেই বিজ্ঞানী হতে আসুক শেষ পর্যন্ত তিনি হন কর্মকর্তা।

একজন বাংলাদেশী বিজ্ঞানী পৃথবীর যেখানেই কাজ করুক দেশে সে টাকা পাঠাবেই। আর তার আবিষ্কারের সাথে থাকবে দেশের নাম। আর দেশে কাজের সুযোগ দেয়া হবেনা, মেধা কাজে লাগবেনা তবুও তাকে অনয় দেশে কাজ করতে দেবেনা। গেলে সব পাট চুকিয়ে যাও। দু জন বিজ্ঞানীর মন্তব্যঃ India's ability to acquire a leadership position in the world, in the economic, demographic and intellectual fronts, would greatly depend on her ability to consolidate and take a vantage position in science & technology.
