The philosophy of the leadership: Leadership of the leader could set the direction and arrange an inspiring vision, and create new things . Leadership is maintained the various factors of the processing of wining which we need as a political team. Thus we could say, leadership is a dynamic sense of the politics. Leader's must be considered and conscious about his/her direction, vision, guiding to appropriate way of the destination of political previewing for the team. Then the management process could change by the smooth performance. How could we generate the leadership for the next generation: 1. Democracy is the most important factor for all political parties. Only proper democracy could change the virtual matters/terrorism on democracy of any country. 2. The senior leaders must break up their own traditional leadership and create the new leaders from the root level . It may calls the decentralization of the leadership system. 3. (The leaders should be ) controlled the student’s politics by the strong hand of political parties. Though student politics make violence for the country but if the laws could maintain properly then the students are maintained the best politics by the new educational syllabus. 4. Organizing the rural people for the democratic awareness and make aware about their existence in the country. 5. Monitoring the market economy aspects of the politics. 6. Needs dynamic training/workshop on political leadership. 7. Monitoring psychological effects on (the new participation of the leaders ) political matters. (must be monitored family back ground, honesty, patriotism, enthusiasm). 8. Create various event for the inspiring on politics. 9. Ensuring the good environment of the politics. 10. The new leaders must be educated. only educated (intelligent) persons could lead properly. 11. Prepare monthly/quarterly / yearly report of the work. 12. They can take voluntary service to monitor the administration, market economy, social development etc. 13. New leaders must clear about their mission and vision .
