Today I have read the news and got shocked to see that the raliway systems of our country is following the rule of 1858 Railway act. When an accident occur, they are liable to pay the victims for only 10,000.tk.An accident has occurred in 2010 and the man lost her two legs. They are so poor that they can not go to ctg(HQ) to process the papers. They dont know they will be given only 10,000 tk for the great loss. When they will get it, who knows? Is anybody is there to ammend the rule of Bangladesh Railway ? Shame Bangladesh Railway, Shame Bangladesh Govt. The price of two legs is only 10,000 tk. what will be your feeling?
