not now Dear Sir, I don't know the percentage of person who have Citycell 'RIM' of closed connection. If I assume it 20%, then it is not WISE POLICY to disturb 80% consumer every time at balance checking. You policy maker/manager may not require to check the balance, as you have got the bill free connection, or your company pay it! But we normal user, seriously bothered with the Time killing & such kind of circular "Closed connection"/"Citycell package 79" ... etc, etc at balance checking . Would you, pls, evaluate our time and save it.
