Let me say, at the risk of seeming ridiculous that, the true revolutionary is guided by a great feeling of love. …Ernesto “CHE” Guevara (রিপোষ্ট)

A physician, author, military theorist, diplomat, intellectual, and above all a guerrilla leader and a REVOLUTIONARY…naming Ernesto Guevara was executed on this very day, October the 9th of 1967 at the age of 39! He is the symbol of REVOLUTION against capitalism and imperialism, which he believed to be the main reason of economic inequalities in whole world. "A promise to fight for a better world, for a better life for all the poor and exploited" a poem, written by him, dedicating an old woman, where he shows his dream and determination to make this world a better place. He finds out that the whole Latin America is not consist of separate countries but is a single country oppressed by capitalism where people are starving for food, deprived from health service and lacking education, after his 12500 km long journey through most of Latin America. With Fidel Castro he started to build a way to fulfill his dream to “CHANGE THE WORLD” by defeating the U.S.’s puppet capitalist govt. and army of Cuba after 3 years of fighting, which started only with only 82 guerrillas. He was not just a Guerrilla leader but an intellectual who planned the post war land reform and education development of Cuba. Within one year he raised the literacy rate to 96% from 60%. As a diplomat and economist he was a man of vision, who managed to have good relationship with other nations to enrich the economy of Cuba. He also helped the guerrillas of Congo and Bolivia to support the “revolutionary justice”. Ernesto Guevara was captured by C.I.A. in Bolivia. He was given order to be killed by C.I.A. in spite the U.S. govt. wanted to interrogate him for his influence on guerrilla activities in other countries. He was such bold and brave that he shouted to the executioner “I know you have come to kill me. Shoot, coward! You are only going to kill a man”. He knew that even after his death he and his revolution are going to live forever among those who are “flesh-and-blood victims of capitalist exploration”, and who have been trying to “CHANGE THE WORLD”. Guevara remains both a revered and reviled historical figure, polarized in the collective imagination in a multitude of biographies, memoirs, essays, documentaries, songs, and films. Time magazine named him one of the 100 most influential people of the 20th century. Here are some of his quotes…  It’s better to die standing, than to live on your knees.  I’m not a liberator, they do not exist, the people liberate themselves.  Live your life not celebrating victories, but avoiding defeats.  In a revolution one triumphs or dies.  Revolutionary is not a portrait, it’s a landscape.  Be realistic, try the impossible.
