Why do not we learn English properly? l have an answer. Because we do not learn English as a language, we read it as a subject. But the proper way to learn it is practicing. A proverb goes `Practice makes a man perfect'. If one wants to learn English properly he has to practice it properly. There is no other way to learn it but practicing. There is many ways to practice it. 0ne is to watch English movies or cartoons. That is not my speech. It is my teacher's speech.
