changing time is required government change time to use sun light so longer . the gov. can not stretch the time in evening. And the main point to reduce loadshading . but i think there is no improve and every body is agree with me. In winter the time schedule is so tuff to maintain. and it also effect in traffic jam.I think our gov. can solve this by improve transportation . specially using the AC bus . the personal car user can use this and reduce using their car. That also save their fuel money. and that help traffic jam.
