The words spoken by Khal Drogo and the rest of the Dothraki people on Game of Thrones is a conlang (constructed language), as this TED Talk explains. Dothraki joins the ranks of other conlangs like Klingon (Star Trek), Na’vi (Avatar) and Elvish (Lord of the Rings).

A conlang is defined by its system of grammar, not its lexicon — meaning that any aspiring super-nerd can't just boast a complete command of Klingon by learning a bunch of words.
