Work Off Holiday Weight Gain Without Dieting

Product name: Eat Fit Dumb-Bell Cutlery Price: $145 for set of three on TheCheeky Who would like this?: Fitness gurus
When it comes to working out, millennials are experts. Whether it is taking part in the Color Run and Tough Mudder or cycling classes and CrossFit, fitness is a lifestyle. Unfortunately, the concurrent rise in food trucks and the popularity of brunch or any other calorie-consuming activity makes staying in shape fall to the wayside. But, it doesn't have to.
Enter the dumbbell cutlery set — the silverware that helps you build muscle while you eat. It is the ultimate gift, making all your gluttonous activities a little less sinful, especially considering that the dessert spoon included with the set weighs double that of the fork and knife: 4.4 and 2.2 pounds, respectively. Now you can eat your steak and your cake, too, without regretting a thing.

TheCheeky.com, the site selling the set, claims, rather sarcastically, that this fork, knife and dessert spoon will revolutionize weight loss and that you can now "eat your way skinny." All of which sound well and good, but unless you're taking part in an arm wrestling match, this set probably won't do more for you than toning things up a bit. Of course, toning while you eat is better than the alternative — doing nothing.
The metal silverware pieces are melded down onto the dumbbells and are all made by hand. Like most exercise equipment, these dumbbells are pricey — you'll pay $145 for the whole set. So, to make the workout worth your money, you'll want a solid two-course meal, preferably with something that will give your knife arm a good workout.
Of course, you don't need a big meal to reap the benefits. Just your morning cereal can be a good chance to get in a few curls.

Oddity aside, this dumb bell cutlery set is a fun gift for health-conscious and fitness-obsessed friends. And, at the very least, it makes the perfect White Elephant gift.
