If performed correctly, parkour is a cool skill to master. Performed incorrectly, it's just kind of sad.
YouTube comedy channel Nacho Punch asked two men to perform parkour tricks for one of its latest videos.
The catch? One is a trained expert, and the other is just an average — totally unskilled — joe.

In the video, above, watch the poor, untrained man break trash cans, fall from ledges and stumble into bushes, as he struggles to keep up with the parkour expert's graceful stunts. It's a friendly reminder that when it comes to intense physical activities, you should probably just leave them to the professionals.
