The Seattle Seahawks and San Francisco 49ers face off this Sunday for the right to play in Super Bowl XLVIII. The matchup pits two of the NFL's top young quarterbacks — Seattle's Russell Wilson and San Francisco's Colin Kaepernick — against each other. That, of course, means sports fans will be treated to burdened with endless comparisons of the two budding stars over the coming week.
But one Seattle fan has already analyzed similarities and differences between Wilson, 25, and Kaepernick, 26, in the most revealing way possible: via their Instagram posts.

Wilson is known around the league as an ultimate good guy. He's married to his longtime sweetheart, keeps a relatively low media profile and is generally thought of by fans as humble and down-to-earth. Kaepernick, on the other hand, is a bit more divisive. He has a signature touchdown celebration — adopted by Michelle Obama, no less — and spent the offseason with his mug plastered across all forms of media.
With that in mind, check out the following comparison chart that one fan made early this NFL season by using information from the two stars' Instagram profiles (here's Wilson's and here's Kaepernick's). It was uploaded to Imgur four months ago, and has been floating around Reddit since then, but now takes on new relevance — and comedic value — in light of the NFC West rivals' Sunday showdown:

Of course, a closer look reveals that Kaepernick seems like a better guy than this comparison indicates. For example, here he is hanging out with some Marines:

So that chart is definitely biased, but you know what they say: All's fair in love, war and NFL divisional rivalries.
