Full House has been off the air for 19 years. So what ever became of those three guys?
Things haven't changed much. The three — John Stamos, Bob Saget and Dave Coulier — are still living together and remarkably, still look pretty much the same. It's almost as if ER and The Aristocrats never happened. Oikos, the Dannon-owned Greek yogurt brand, is giving fans a glimpse into an alternate future via an upcoming 30-second Super Bowl ad. Stamos, perhaps the best-known of the three, appeared in an Oikos Super Bowl ad in 2012. The Dannon brand passed on the Super Bowl last year as it reevaluated the brand and the suddenly hot Greek yogurt segment.
Now, confident that Greek yogurt is here to stay, Oikos is doubling down on its association with the Greek-American Stamos. In tapping the Full House crew, the brand also hopes to bask in nostalgia, a creative gambit that worked well for Honda in 2012 with its Ferris Bueller spot.
To make the reunion complete of course, the Olsen Twins would also have to show up. Will Mary-Kate and Ashley show up? Will Lori Loughlin? Tune in to the big game to see.
