Android's Favorite Keyboard Could Be Coming to iOS

SwiftKey, Android's most popular keyboard app, could soon be coming to iOS in the form of a note-taking app.
An image leaked on Twitter Thursday shows SwiftKey Note, an app featuring the popular keyboard.

It's not clear when the app would be available or how much it might cost. SwiftKey hasn't yet commented on a potential iOS release.

Apple still doesn't allow third-party developers to change the native keyboard on iOS so, unlike Android versions, any iOS iterations of SwiftKey will be limited to individual apps. But, as Cult of Mac points out, if SwiftKey makes its keyboard available to other developers, it could potentially pop up in more apps in the future.
As of now, the $3.99 keyboard app is only available for Android users.
