While visiting Reddit to participate in an Ask Me Anything (AMA) session, the actor and comedian decided to pay a visit to some of Reddit’s various other subreddits as delighted Redditors followed him around the site. Users were so captivated with where Ferrell might end up next on the site that some begged him, "Please don't ever stop, Mr. Ferrell."

Normally, a celebrity AMA involves the celebrity responding to questions in the designated thread and saying their goodbyes after an hour or so. But Ferrell wanted to check the place out a bit more and educate the Reddit community on why criminals who get caught are always "red-handed," and how cream cheese revolutionized telecommunications.
Let's recap the Tour de Will Ferrell.
First, he paid a visit to /r/askscience and helped answer user “PhilosoPanda’s” question: How do fiber optic cables work?

Though an interesting take on the technology, and well-received by the curious denizens of the subreddit, the comment was later deleted due to the /r/askscience moderators’ strict rules when it comes to answering questions.
Next, in an homage to Anchorman, he visited /r/sandiego and commented on a photo of San Diego Harbor in 1888.

After admiring the beauty of old San Diego, Calif., he ventured into /r/pics and commented on a picture of Russia's President Vladimir Putin cuddling a Persian leopard — two of Ferrell’s favorite things.

Then he made another attempt at answering pressing science questions in /r/shittyaskscience, answering user “ol_hickory’s” question: Why are red-handed people more genetically predisposed to crime?

Finally, his jaunt around Reddit ended with him posting a video of himself singing “Yo No Se” from his 2012 movie Casa de mi Padre in /r/music.
