Finding a parking ticket tucked into your car's windshield is one of life's most loathed experiences. Akin to losing a sock in the dryer or spilling hot coffee on yourself, it will most likely ruin your day.
But not when Officer Sam is on duty. The do-gooder decided to prank unsuspecting drivers by leaving unwarranted parking tickets on their vehicles — and record it for YouTube, of course. The seemingly cruel act unsurprisingly resulted in several angry people.
