গতকাল (১১ মে/২০১০) সকালে একটা মেইল পেলাম। মোস্তফা কাগু যে কত বড় চোর তা এই মেইল থেকে প্রতিয়মান হচ্ছে। মেইলটার সত্যতা সম্পর্কে জানিনা। কেউ যদি জানেন দয়া করিয়া আওয়াজ দিয়েন। জব্বার কাগু কত বড় আই.টি. বিশেষজ্ঞ! নিচের মেইলটি পড়লে সকলেই বুঝতে পারবেন। সকলের অবগতির জন্য মেইলটি হুবাহু কপি করে দিলামঃ

Mustofa Jabber was marketed this by name of “Bijoy shishu shikha”. The Trimatrik were based in chittagong so they don’t know about it. When they come in BASIS IT Fair-10 they see “Bijoy shishu shikha” is duplicated copy of “Trimatrik Shishu Shikha”. There team leader Javed Md Noor know that and give the high challenge of it through in BASIS IT Fair-10 committee and open challenge for IT specialist (!) Mustofa Jabber. There team leader Javed Md Noor and the hilly student says that we better die but we must protect our software from illegal copy or pirated because every line/scratch/drawing in the software we create it. No a single of line or a idea or a plan or else was give by IT specialist (!) Mustofa Jabber. But he copy it modify it and Marketed and sell it of thousand copy in “Ekusay Boi mele-10” and BASIS IT fair. By the strong challenge of the hilly people he close and withdraw his pirated software “Bijoy shishu shikha” from every places of Bangladesh and other country. And it’s great shame that he make a agreement with them that he will withdraw his pirated software and give the file which he was illegally modified.

But the copy right office was issue a legal processing about it and give a notice both of them to show or prove about it. The first hearing date was 4-5-10 and as you assumption specialist (!) Mustofa Jabber was not present that tim but TRIMATRIK team was present that time. Next date is 24-5-10 and hope he will absent that time two. Because he is Great Thief.
