"You should have to have a license to be on Twitter," comedian Tina Fey says in the most recent episode of Jerry Seinfeld's interview series Comedian's in Cars Getting Coffee. "When 30 Rock ended, they were like, 'What do you want to do?' I was like, I want to be in charge of the Twitter licenses."

In Seinfeld's newest episode, the duo travel to Harlem's Floridita to discuss Fey's life after leaving 30 Rock, her previous attempt at standup comedy and the woes of parenthood.

After Fey's Twitter comments, Seinfeld asks, "How would you get the license?" to which Fey responds, "You would give me 10 samples of what you thought you might want to talk about, and I would talk to you about whether that was something we all needed to know."

Before heading downtown to grab a cronut, Fey also reveals that she'd like to write another movie. Check out the episode, above, to see the whole caffeine-fueled, comedic conversation.
