try 2 lead a simple life I am in the waiting list of KIT M.Sc program.Within next 4 weeks they will convey final decision.if selected then I ahve to go for VISA processing.But the problem is class start date is: 1st October 2012. So in this short time how VISA can be processed. Another thing is for VISA application applicant need to show BLOCKED ACCOUNT. My question is if anyone have the document of SCHOLARSHIP, does he still require a Blocked account?...please help brothers and sisters abroad.
