Social problems have become a part of our everyday life. I have a friend/colleague- who is used to come late everyday in office. But regularly he put the same excuse of the Traffic jam, insufficient public transport etc. We really suffer a lot & loose our valuable time on the road. My today’s concern is not the problem itself, it’s- Who is responsible to solve the problem? Is it Associated to Respective dept. of Bangladesh Government/Ruling Party/Political Parties/Social workers or who?
