চট্টগ্রাম প্রকৌশল ও প্রযুক্তি বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় (চুয়েট) ডিবেটিং সোসাইটি ২য় বারের মত আয়োজন করতে যাচ্ছে 'তারুণ্য উৎসব'। এই উৎসবের একটি অংশ হচ্ছে " আন্তঃ বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় স্বল্পদৈর্ঘ্য চলচিত্র উৎসব "। স্নাতক পর্যায়ে অধ্যয়নরত যেকোন শিক্ষার্থী এই উৎসবে অংশগ্রহন করতে পারবেন । নিম্নে বিশদভাবে নিয়ম কানুন দেয়া হল। জমা দেয়ার শেষ তারিখ ৪ মে , ২০১১। Short Film Festival RULES: • Short Films must be submitted by CD or DVD. • It must contain the Title, Director, Cameraman, Scriptwriter and Varsity name. • The short films should be in most common supported format. Such as, MPEG, WMV, AVI in 720*480. • The Length of the film should not cross 12 minutes. • If the film have been shown in any other competition or festival, IT MUST BE MENTIONED. • Last date of submission – May 4,2011 • Film should be based on the following topics: o Independence (Historical, Present, Future, Human Rights etc.) o Environment (global warming, river corrosion etc.) o Social Problems (Education system, political, terrorism etc.) * Any exceptional concept may be accepted. • English sub-title will be preferred. • It is the responsibility of the participators to ensure that copyright laws are not being violated. • The final lineup for the Festival Night would be decided by an internal pre-selection Jury based on concept, storyline & technical sides. • The final jury panels will have experienced members selected from the field of culture, arts and academics. • All participants will get a certificate for participation. • The short films, which are not selected for the competition, may be shown in the Cultural Night of YOUTH FESTIVAL.
