Rana is not an engineer and so it is obvious he didn't know what fate this building might have in the end. But the engineer who designed the building did know about its fate (No matter what bad quality sand, cement and etc Rana had used in building RANA PLAZA. So he should be blamed instead. Who... approved this building, Rajuk or anyone else? Look thru the papers and find out the official concerned. He should be blamed only. Why did BGMEA have to take so much time to go tough on the safety-breaking factories? If they had taken their due action, such casualties would not have happened. They should be blamed too. Why did the garments workers go to work for the factories on the building that they already knew as risky? They down their tools for their salaries and they go on the rampage when their collegues die or are injured in any road accident or their colleagues are sacked. But why didn't they stay off work at the building on the fateful day? For whatever reason they went to work on the fateful day was their own fault. In addition, there is a saying that what you cannot break with your utmost strength, you can do with an ant's power plus your strength. Hartal supporters moved the building's gate that fateful day. So guess who are to blame for the RANA PLAZA TRAGEDY.
