1. Don't compare your life to others. You have no idea what their journey is all about. 2. Don't have negative thoughts or things you cannot control. Instead invest your energy in the positive present moment. 3. Don't over do. Keep your limits. 4. Don't waste your precious energy on gossip. 5. Dream more while you are awake of Jannah, fear Hellfire and remember death. 6. Envy is a waste of time. You already have all you need. 7. Forget issues of the past. Don't remind your partner with His/her mistakes of the past. That will ruin your present happiness. 8. Life is too short to waste time hating anyone. Don't hate others (remember the believing righteous man who will go to Jannah because he forgave everyone everyday before going to sleep). 9. Make peace with your past (Duniya) so it won't spoil the future (Akhira) (if you do a bad deed follow it with a good deed right away). 10. No one is in charge of your deeds except you, so choose the straight path. 11. Realize that life is a temporary trial place and you are here to be tested. Remember you belong to Jannah so do not fail the examination. 12. Smile more but cry even more of fear of Allah. 13. You don't have to win every argument. Agree to disagree.
