Year 2065: Bangladesh. TEXT BOOK OF SSC: Subject: English Chapter: 08 : Electricity This is all about some true past of the country, Bangladesh. Once upon a time people saw electricity in this country. Urban people of this country used this thing long long day before. Electricity was something by which people could produce light and air by some machines like tube light, fan etc (see the figure 8.01 in book for sample of electrical light and fan). Though people of this days wont believe how magically people could produce light and air by the thing electricity. In the ancient period (like, year 2015) very few people had luck to see what is electricity. That was the golden period of the country people of Bangladesh. People could atleast see the electricity thingy once or twice of a day. Electricity was just like the Bolt from the Blue that period of time. People used to save some electricity for the day whenever it appear luckily. Mr. Joynal abedin, 85 years old, stated his experience about electricity like this way, “ya, I’m that lucky person who is still alive who have experience to see electricity in Bangladesh. In our period though we could see this in 2 or 3 days interval but in comparison to the youth generation of this days we are really lucky to see the thing electricity in this country that is now only available in the developed country”. Now-a-days when we use kerosene light or hand driven fan to meet our need we just can imagine how was the days when people used electricity. The country people were mostly attacked by hypertension and shock in that period of time. People were eagerly waiting for electricity that made them excited and tension used to be grown to think how effectively they will utilize the minimum electricity that appeared after few days. And some people used to become in shock and heart attacked due to overwhelming of feelings for a sudden lucky comeback of electricity after many days. These are the all demerits of electricity thingy in the ancient period. Present Government of Bangladesh, the analog government is thinking how people can be free from the dream of electricity that is the first mediating factor of hypertension, shock and heart attack. Now a days some anti-governmental people are motivating the country people to raise the demand for electricity (demerits of electricity are stated in details at 14th chapter of this book) to make an unstable condition in the country. Government along with media should be aware of these criminal people who are doing ill motivation among the country people. NGOs and other humanitarian organization can also play an important roll in this aspect. Country people should also be in strong oath to keep intact the country an analog one for the betterment of the next generation.
