"Digital Bangladesh" is much talking term now a days. But To digitse any organization main striking forces are its IT personnel. They are working hard in every organization. But in return what they are getting from that organization as well as from the nation. I am working at a State Owned Commercial Bank as an Assistant Programmer (I am BSc Engineer, graduated from CUET). But in our bank only nine posts are available in Programmer, 5 of which are already occupied. So for promotion we have only 4 posts for which we are more then 50 are fighting. Which is very tough for us. There are some points for general officers such as target achieving point, for IT personnel we have no such target so we have no extra point.
