Please be aware of ur health condition and follow three simple rules: * Avoid o Avoid crowded places o Avoid hand shaking and close proximity with people with cold o Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth too often o Avoid spitting in public o Avoid using PCs/PABXs of other colleagues who have flu. o Do not take medicine without doctor’s advice * Protect o Protect yourself, wash hands with soap frequently o Protect yourself; stay more than an arm’s length away from people affected with Flu. o Cover your nose and mouth with tissue or cloth when coughing/sneezing o If you have flu, wear a face mask o Protect co-workers and family members, stay at home in an isolated room if you are sick with flu. * Kill o Kill the disease and its germ, Seek medical advice and act upon doctor’s advice o After coughing/sneezing in a tissue/cloth throw the tissue in a covered dustbin. Just to let you know, there is sufficient stock of antiviral medicine Oseltamivir (found by the trade names Tamiflu. Oseflu, Oselta etc) in Bangladesh for Swine Flu. So, there is no need for panic.
