Children below 18 years old are often made to work to earn a living for themselves or for their family. This is known as child labour. Employers prefer child labour for a number of reasons, firstly, they are cheaply available , then they don't have any trade union to fight for their own, and above all you can make them work for a long and extra time with out paying any interest. But we must remember that today's children is tomorrows citizen, so with a huge number of spoiled children no nation can walk ahead the path of progress and prosperity. Of course there are laws against such practice of making children work but a social problem that has its root in penury can not be controlled by only laws alone. So the Government must come up with their concrete policies to help those children , the victims of poverty , those children with out any childhood , for a healthy nation of tomorrow.
