Delivering a toast at his own wedding, the fan casts a somber mood while paying respects in a quivering voice to "a strong fella who had such an influence on me and suddenly he's no longer with with us." The other guests — including his new Manchester City-supporting in-laws — stand up and raise their glasses to commemorate the great man, only to be hit by the groom with a guffaw-inducing plot twist when he toasts retired Man U manager Alex Ferguson.

The moment apparently happened earlier in September, but footage surfaced online recently, since becoming a hit with sports fans and practical jokers alike.
Soccer blog 101greatgoals.com says it has corresponded with the groom, reporting that "@aboycalledyoung has pointed out to us on Twitter that this was a tribute to his father, who recently passed away."
