Coca-Cola rolled out the green carpet — actually, Astroturf — on a grey public square. The slab of concrete had been unused and grim, but — voila! — it's amazing what simulated grass can do.

As a brand message, it's spot-on with Coke's long-running "Open Happiness" campaign, which aims to surprise and delight. As a stunt, it's a little questionable since an aerial shot reveals that the whole area was actually a giant Coke ad. Midday revelers, you've been had!
A YouTube commenter claims the locale in this video is Vilnius, Lithuania. Coke reps could not be reached for immediate comment.
