It’s hard to believe that Vine debuted only at the beginning of 2013. It's been an exciting year for the popular Twitter-acquired app — it added the Time Travel editing feature, released Android and Windows Phone versions, and, most recently, added 19 new languages.
Vine also saw its first wedding proposal, helped a woman get a job and enjoyed its television debut. Its level of community involvement makes it clear: Vine joined the big leagues a long time ago.

Artists, amateurs and brands alike have used the app to create stop-motion, perfect loop and just plain creative Vine videos. These six-second stories have taken the world by storm — Vine was this year’s fastest-growing app.
In no particular order, here are some of the year’s best, most creative Vine videos. They skew toward the crafty and labor-intensive, but you can enjoy videos that are just as entertaining from users such as Adam Goldberg, Nicholas Megalis, Marlo Meekins, Brittany Furlan and Nash Greer.
