When Dartmouth College undergrad Jake Gaba embarked on his three-month semester abroad in China, he wanted to find a special way to document his experience.
Skipping over the obvious choices, like a Facebook album or travel blog, he opted instead to film himself dancing across the country over the course of 100 days. The resulting clip is a goofy compilation set to Bruno Mars' "Treasure" and a silly testament to Gaba's journey abroad.

Gaba told Mashable that one of his favorite moments from shooting the video came while dancing in a waiting room at a Beijing train station.
"There were maybe 400 or 500 people clumped together in the station, so naturally, I set up my camera and started dancing there," he said.
"Midway through my dance, a security guard came over to my camera, and I was afraid he was going to ask me to stop or take the camera, but instead he actually stood by my camera and protected it from the 400 [to] 500 people standing around watching. It’s nice to have the authorities on your side."
