Rob Ford's attempt to sober up seems to have hit a snafu.
Two months after admitting he smoked crack in a "drunken stupor," the Toronto mayor appeared drunk in a video that was reportedly filmed Monday night. In the video, Ford rambles on for about a minute alternating between what sounds like a Jamaican accent and gibberish, weaving in a string of profanity.
Ford later confirmed to reporters that he had, in fact, been drinking Monday night.
"I was with some friends and what I do in my personal life with my personal friends, that's up to me," Ford said. "It really has nothing to do with you guys."
