Shane Battier is a role player for the NBA's star-laden Miami Heat. But after organizing a team-wide karaoke session on Monday night, he's got our vote for team MVP — because how else are you going to see LeBron James, Dwyane Wade, Chris Bosh, Pat Riley and the rest of the team laying down sterling renditions of classic tunes?
Held in Miami Beach, Fla., the event was actually the third annual fundraiser to benefit Battier's Take Charge Foundation, which aims to provide education resources for underprivileged youth.

Now without further ado, let's get into the musical magic.
First up, here's Chris Bosh performing "It's Not Unusual," complete with an understated version of the infamous Carleton dance:
Bosh was really the star of the night. Here he is again, doing Digital Underground's rap hit "The Humpty Dance," and even wearing bandleader Shock G's signature fake nose:
Now look at LeBron James hitting a smooth falsetto in this cover of Robin Thicke's recent hit "Blurred Lines." James, Wade and teammate Udonis Haslem are all wearing shirts that read "The Heatles," just to make things even better:
James' smooth backup-dance moves are about the only thing that save this version of Montel Jordan's "Let's Ride" from teammate Toney Douglas:
Heat team president Pat Riley is a basketball Hall of Famer for his accomplishments as a head coach. Here he is rocking "I Heard It Through the Grapevine" with none other than Jimmy Buffet:
And finally, last but not least, here's the entire team, led by James, performing Lil Jon's 2003 hip-hop hit "Get Low":
That's a skillful edit by the Heat's social-media manager, though, ending the clip just before Lil Jon's tune takes a turn for the explicit. Nonetheless, Bosh and James are definitely getting invites next time we head out for karaoke.
