Local and federal authorities are investigating the attack that brought down all Sands' Hotels and Casinos websites across the U.S. and Asia on Monday, including those of the Venetian Las Vegas and Palazzo.
The FBI and Secret Service are among those investigating the attack, according to the Las Vegas Sun. All of the websites across both continents remain down more than two days after they were targeted by hackers.

The attackers also posted a photo of Sands CEO Sheldon Adelson with Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, along with images of flames and a message condemning weapons of mass destruction. The identity of the hackers is unclear, but the photo of Adelson has caused speculation that his vocal support of Israel may have prompted the attack.
The company hasn't said when their websites and email will be back up and functioning. Visitors to the sites are greeted with messages stating the websites are down for maintenance and provide phone numbers for those requiring immediate assistance. Reservations are still available through third-party sites.
