ZTE has spilled the beans about its plans for the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona next week: The company plans to launch a 6-inch Android smartphone as well as a Firefox OS 1.3 device.
The 6-incher is called the Grand Memo II LTE, and all we know about it at this point is that it will be "ultra slim."

ZTE will also bring the ZTE Open C, a Firefox OS 1.3 smartphone, to Barcelona, as well as its new user interface called MiFavor 2.3.
If all of this sounds strangely familiar, you're right: ZTE has an almost identical approach to last year's Mobile World Congress, where it unveiled the 5.7-inch Android Grand Memo and the Firefox OS-based ZTE Open.
We'll be in Barcelona to bring you the latest news from ZTE's press conference. The MWC officially starts Monday, Feb 24.
