Photos From Kiev: Latest Riots Turn Deadly

After weeks of calm, the Ukrainian capital city Kiev erupted in new violence outside the country's parliament building on Tuesday, leaving 14 dead, according to the latest Reuters report.
Protesters in Kiev have demonstrated on and off since last November when President Viktor Yanukovych rejected an agreement that would have led to closer economic ties with the European Union in favor of a $15 billion bailout package from Russia. They have since called for Yanukovych's resignation.
