Top Moments From Sochi: Russia Dominates Figure Skating, Canadian Hockey Scores Win

It's the home stretch. The closing ceremony of the 2014 Sochi Olympics will be broadcast around the world on Sunday and athletes are pulling out all the stops in the final events of the games for a chance to bring home the gold.
The U.S. and Canada went head-to-head in the women's ice hockey final, but the great white north won the gold medal 3-2. Switzerland snagged the bronze in a 4-3 match against Sweden.

Team Canada also came out on top in women's curling, beating Sweden 6-3 for the gold while Great Britain earned the bronze medal in its 6-5 match against Switzerland. Norway also had its time in the spotlight, winning the cross-country portion of the nordic combined gundersen large hill team competition.
Women's figure skating came to a close as well with the free skate event. Russia's Adelina Sotnikova grabbed the gold while South Korea's Yuna Kim and Italy's Carolina Kostner followed with the silver and bronze medals, respectively.
