সাধারন মানুষ it is said that if a lion cub would be raised in a bunch of sheep, it would behave like a sheep. by this saying it is meant that while people would get used to some acts and keep practising that for long time together it become as their habit and they can't leave that habit so easily. i afraid if the same fuss happend to our country and nation too. as we, the civil people of bangladesh been struggling for our economical and political freedom since we had lost it politicaly at the year 1757. since then we had to go through so many diffrent dimentions of movements as u can see there was a style of peaceful movements with mahatma gandhi, there was armed movements with martyr khudiram, our farmers particularly raised movements some time and even our people at army had started movements, too. even religious saints would raise movements for independence in this region, too. but one thing is clear that the main point for all these movements were same, indipendence. we, people of bangladesh finally had our independence at the year of 1971, in the mean time all alone in the subcontinent we had to go through massive movements like for language, movements against army ruling and finaly our freedom fight was there which was also a massive and wide spread movements for political freedom. finaly we had our freedom at the year 1971 but i afraid if we could leave the habit of organizing movements for reasons and ofcourse in few cases without reasons too. actually it seems as if running a movements become like a ritual or say like a festival for our society now a days. we would organize movements for different reasonable or unreasonable issues now a days, and often in illogical self killing way. people has the least compassion and tollerance for a different opinion group and other endless fusses exist aswell from unreasonable movements which make our reputation down at front of the world. strikes and destructions during strikes are two extreme protests, which has not much weight now a days for its often and frequent uses. so now you can see how this present movements culture of our country has followed that old lion cub and sheep sayings. lets make the thing clear, now we people of bangladesh are independent, we all are from same culture, same religion, same family background and from same ethics. so it is quite clear that our interest would be and should be same. but the volume of movements and protests going through the country at recent years give an expression like as if sort of international fighting still going on in the country. cause in a civilized and sovereign country citizens must would have their security and rights. i would like to say that may be a new nation would not have much money to fulfill all the needs of the citizens but the love for the country and the effort to develop the country must should have seen. and we must start to practice higher level of thought, leaving petty envy and stuff which is available to see now a days as poor and bloody jokes. so the gist is we should not keep practicing our traditional and ''once upon a time needed'' style of movements anymore as we are no more a colonial nation, rather than we are free. we are free to think, work and utilize our merit, resources and labour; more over we are free to be happy. when we understand this we should not have any neccessity to raise destructive movements anymore and pleas, i beg, lets consider and adopt this simple and smart path.
