সাধারন মানুষ i just wanted to appreciate one writing posted in somewhere in blog where the writer had raised his voice against the recent animalastic violation of humanity and law bye a person who is caged and confessed his hateworthy did. it is a shame for us that the poor lady doctor been murdered by her coligue, while she been serving at night in a hospital. this scenario i found really somethig to highlight as there are lot of things to learn and consider. the lady doctor was a great person, who been serving the nation through her job even at night, regardless the dangers as a girl in this society could face and where mentally crap people would be seen any time. here the offender was being usualy mean, representing the view of a male towards women practiced around. i have no language left to curse the offender and i belive the lady doctor should considered as a martyr and kept her place at the history of establishing respect and dignity of women in our society, gradually. i also wonder how and when the enterprenures going to start working to make sure the safety and comfort at work place for our ladies, specialy for our lady doctors, who are gradualy stepping forward to serve the nation by sharing their merit and labour. our women deserve encouragement by getting the best possible effort to keep them safe, sound and comfortable at workplace and they could ask it firstly from the concerns who the ladies are going to work for, secondly for the persons who make laws in our countries as there should be practised law which is build for ensuring a woman's safety at work and thirdly they could ask help from diffrent women societies who would raise movement wherever any compromise found against the safety of women at their work place. all ladies who works out of their house are our most pracious assets, they should encouraged personaly to report atlist to a available public media available around, against any indiscipline noticed any where. hence lady doctors, nurses and female employees who give their services to patients must be considered and assured about their safety at first track and with special consideration as lady doctors and health oriented women employees often could have to serve 24 hours, even at night, unlike other proffesionals. every police stations should be told to keep ledger of every employees of each government and private concerns about health service, specialy which concerns serve even at night and where lady doctors are serving. in some writings regarding this unfortunate mischief we have seen frastation raised about the role of people from another profession, we wonder if there was any mistake done by any one would be corrected theirself considering the fact that the comparison and being rival between two particular jobholders could not help the matter straight away while one job was even stated as suitable for much maritorious people. we know every particular job has some significance and neccessity in the society so if people of diffrent jobs put effort to establish how their own job could be better comparing with another job, it all could end up with a total mess. i was just being afraid if we all from diffrent profession can feel how important it is now in our society to be united to act and work together for the purpose of development of our country which gonna effect the daily life of ours and say of our future.
