Mode Change Process ZTE MODEM: ZTE AC 2726:- Setting – Network – Mode – Apply ZTE 682:- File – Setting – Network – Mode – OK HUAWEI MODEM: Huawei EC 122 / 167:- Tools – Option – Network – Mode – OK MODEM NOT AUTO INSTALL PC My Computer – zte driver open – select Setup ( Double click ), If driver not open then Right click on My Computer – Manage > Hardware > Device Manager > Un Install unknown device > Restart PC > My Computer > zte driver open > Select Setup ( Double click ). NEW HARDWARE CAN’T FOUND PC New Hardware can’t found when the USB modem is being connected to PC:- Solution: My Computer Right click > Open Device Manager > Universal Serial Bus Controllers > USB Mass Storage Device > Right click > Uninstall. WHEN MODEM WAS PLUGGED INTO PC THE WINDOWS HANG When modem was plugged into PC the Windows hangs or run slowly or can not open the virtual CD-ROM of USB Modem. Solution: - Start > Run > Type msconfig - Service > √ Hide All Microsoft service > Disable All > Apply - Re plug the USB Modem into PC, if system runs ok, that means some software or service conflicted with the USB Modem. ZOOM INSTALL BUT NOT WORK WHEN CLICK ZOOM ICON ON DESKTOP When Modem Input USB port and Double click Desktop ZOOM Icon then ZOOM not open. Solution:- 1. Modem not popper install. So check My Computer > Manage > Hardware > Device Manager > Modem and Port Option. 2. Windows Language was not USA English. So check – Start > Control Panel > Regional and Language Option > English ( United Stated ). Network Disconnect ( Problem with Kaspersky ) ‘Kaspersky Anti Virus’ Solved: Kaspersky > Double click > Setting > Option > Anti Spy > Enable Anti Dialer > Trusted number > Add > #777 ‘Kaspersky Internet Security’ Kaspersky right click > Kaspersky Internet Security > Setting > Online Security / Option > Anti-Dialer Right click > Setting > + Add > Phone number #777 . ok The page cannot be Displayed ( Browsing Problem with Kaspersky Internet Security ) Kaspersky > Right click > Unblock network traffic. CONNECTION PROBLEM WITH NORTON INTERNET SECURITY Solution: Anti Virus Norton Internet security need disable for use ultra or zoom Modem. Auto Disconnect Problem ( Solution ) First: Start > Setting > Control Panel > Windows Firewall and make it turn on, also select “ Don’t allow exceptions” Second: Disable Automatic windows updates :- Start > Run > type services.msc > Select Automatic Updates, go to properties, startup type and make it Disabled and press ok. 1st Stage: Start > Run > type regedit > then click on > + HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE + System + Current control Set + Services + Net BT + Parameters ( Double click on ) > Transport binary name and Delete the Value then ok. 2nd Stage: + HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE + Software + Microsoft + OLE ( CLICK IT ) then change the value of Enable DCOM from Y to Value N and press ok to confirm. Then PC needs to Restart. CONNECTION PROBLEM WITH SOME ERROR – THE REMOTE COMPUTER DOESNOT RESPONSE THE USER NAME AND PASSWORD INVALIDE 1. Cannot connect : No error / Generic Host Process for Win 32 service / Modem and / or other connecting device already in use or may not configured properly / page cannot be displayed. Solution:- PC needs Restarted. 2. Cannot connect : error 720 Solution:- Need Windows setup. 3. Cannot connect : error 691 remote….. Solution:- - Is two modem are install same PC. So need one modem uninstall. - Username and Password ( waps ) phone number ( #777 ) 4. Cannot connect : remote computer …….. Solution:- Balance check , Usage Data check, Validity check, Activation check. 5. Cannot connect : error 633 Solution:- The Driver of USB modem is abnormally installed, or repeat dial-up when your dial-up has already connected. 6. Cannot connect : error 680 Solution:- Another modem or other brand of modem is inserted into your computer. 7. Cannot connect : error 656 Solution:- There is a possibility that another dialing program is running. 8. Cannot connect : error 797 Solution:- Possibility that the data card is not connected with PC or dialing network is not exist.
