ব্যাকরণের সব রীতিনীতি মেনে সাহিত্য রচনা করতে গেলে তবে তা একটা ভালো ব্যাকরণের বই হয়ে যাবে। —— তন্য শব্দগুচ্ছ প্রথম আলোতে একটা আর্টিকেল পড়লাম 'সমস্যার নাম ‘ডোরেমন’' এই শিরোনামে। অসাধারণ একটি লেখা। কিন্তু ওখানে একটা কমেন্ট পড়ে তাজ্জব বনে গেলাম। শাহীন নামে এক লোক আমাদেরকে হিন্দি শিখার জন্য উদ্বুদ্ধ করছে।

১০-১৫ বছর পর নাকি হিন্দি এতো জনপ্রিয় হবে যে, আমাদেরকে ইংলিশের মত হিন্দিও শিখতে হবে(!) তাহলে এখন থেকে শিখতে দোষ কোথায়(!?) নিচে শাহীন সাহেবের কমেন্টটা কপি-পেস্ট করলামঃ “Shahin ২০১১.১১.২২ ১০:৫১ Nice Article. But I disagree in some extent with the writer. I don't know, whether the writer watch the cartoon or not but as a father of a daughter i was bounded to watch this cartoon with my 7 years daughter. And now I watch the cartoon with my daughter regularly. Here, I want to share something. At the beginning, I was wondered why it is so popular to the children. There are many cartoons which should be more popular to them, like Tom and Jerry, Ben 10 etc. But I observed my child do not like other cartoon except the doremon. For finding the reason, I started to watch the cartoon regularly and I was wondered to saw how special cartoon it was. Probably it is a Japanese cartoon. The Japanese are really genius and not only this, they also thought about their next generation. And so that they can make such a nice cartoon like dor,emon.I would like to mention some important features of this cartoon 1. The science is easily explained in the cartoon. 2. How to watch the clock is easily explained here. 3. How the earth is moving and why time is different in the difference place of the world is explained here. 4. What is comets and lot of things of our galaxy are very easily and accurately explained here. 5. Many more social, cultural (some time it is not matched with ours) attitudes are shown here. 6. The difference between good and bad the effect of telling lie with parents and teacher are shown here. 7. It is subjective, not only fighting and simple recreation for a while 8. And there are many mores... So, it is very clear why the children have chosen doremon from other cartoons. The second thing is language -the problem is Hindi. And the Chanel is Disney, Indian Chanel. Anybody ever thought how the children feel proud that they have at least their own channel. That is Disney. In our country, after a few intervals we launch another new channel. But nobody is thinking about our children. There is no dedicated channel for children. I would request to all, please do not write such articles that influence our intellectual policy maker. And they might take the decision to stop this channel. I wish this could not be happened, if it is we cannot show our faces to our children. Now, come to the language problem. Hindi. There is no alternative if we start a dedicated channel for our children and daubing all good cartoons in Bangla. But before starting this we can think it as an opportunity not threat. Nobody can forget his mother language. Hindi is now one of the leading languages in the world. One fourth population of the world is using this language and it is increasing day by day. In coming days, knowing Hindi might be an extra quality like French language, when we apply immigration for CANADA. Knowing French carry some points. Also, in Middle East who are applying for job getting preference who know Hindi. We parents are feel proud, when our children speak English in front of us but afraid when they speak Hindi. We spent lot of money for learning English, IELTS, spoken course and many more. Anybody could think after 10 or 15 years if Hindi is the main language of the world and we have to seat in a test like IELTS for qualifying Hindi then what will be happened? I am sure our children will do better in the coming leading language in the world.” এই কমেন্টটা পড়ার পর আমি আর চুপ করে থাকতে পারলাম না। আমিও একটা কমেন্ট করে ছিলাম; তা নিচে তুলে ধরলামঃ শাহিন সাহেব, আপনার মন্তব্যের সাথে দ্বিমত পোষণ করছি। আপনার যদি ভারতের গোলামি করার শখ হয়ে থাকে তাহলে তা ভারতে গিয়ে করুন। বাংলাদেশে থেকে অশ্লীল একটি ভাষা নিয়ে দালালি করতে আসবেন না। লেখক কার্টুন দেখে কি না, তা বলতে পারব না।

আমি যে কার্টুন দেখে দেখে বড় হয়েছি, এটা চোখ বন্ধ করে বলতে পারব। আপনি বলেছেন, জাপানিজরা জিনিয়াস; অথচ, শিখতে বলছেন হিন্দি ল্যাঙ্গুয়েজ। ব্যাপারটা সাংঘর্ষিক হয়ে গেলো না! ডোরেমন কার্টুনে জ্ঞান-বিজ্ঞান, শিল্প-সংস্কৃতি, অন্য দেশের সামাজিক রীতিনীতি, এই রকম অনেক কিছুই শিখানো হচ্ছে। এখন কথা হচ্ছে, কার্টুনটা যদি বাঙলায় দেখানো হত তাহলে কি খুব বেশি সমস্যা হত? যেহেতু এই কার্টুনটা বাঙলা ডাবিং করার মহান দায়িত্ব কেউ হাতে নিচ্ছে না তাহলে অ্যারিজিনাল ভার্সনটাই দেখানো যেতে পারে। আপনি বলেছেন কেউ কোনো দিন তার মাতৃভাষা বলতে পারবে না।

হ্যাঁ, আপনি হয়ত আপনার মাতৃভাষা কোনো দিনও বলতে পারবেন না। কিন্তু শিশুরা খুব সহজেই ভুলতে পারবে কারণ তারা তো এখনো মাতৃভাষাটা ঠিকমত রপ্তই করতে পারেনি। আর আপনি মধ্যপ্রাচ্যের কথা বলেছেন। মধ্যপ্রাচ্যের জন্য হিন্দি না শিখে অ্যার‍্যাবিক(Arabic) শিখাটাই বুদ্ধিমানে কাজ হবে। আমার পরিচিত অনেকেই মধ্যপ্রাচ্যের বিভিন্ন দেশে থাকে।

তারা খুব ভালো অ্যার‍্যাবিক জানে। কারণ, তারা অ্যার‍্যাবিক শিখতে বাধ্য হয়েছে। আর অ্যাব্যারিক তো জাতিসংঘের অফিসিয়াল ল্যাঙ্গুয়েজ। সুতরাং, হিন্দি শিখার চেয়ে জাতিসংঘের অফিসিয়াল ভাষাগুলো শিখাই কি বুদ্ধি মানের কাজ হবে না! আপনি বলেছেন, হয়ত একদিন আমাদেরকে হিন্দি ভাষার উপর আইইএলটিএস( IELTS) দিতে হবে। আপনার অবগতির জন্য জানাচ্ছি যে, ইন্ডিয়ানরা নিজেরাই এখন হিন্দিতে কথা বলে না।

তাহলে কীভাবে ১০- ১৫ বছর পর আমরা হিন্দিতে IELTS দিবো(!?) ও আরেকটা কথা, হিন্দি ভাষার প্রতি আপনার এতো অনুরাগ, এতো প্রেম, এতো ভালোবাসা; তাহলে এতো কষ্ট করে কেন ভুল ইংলিশে পুরো মন্তব্যটি লিখতে গেলেন(!?) আপনার এতো স্বাদের হিন্দি ভাষা কী দোষ করে ছিলো(!?) ।
