Former minister and president of Jatiya Samajtantrik Dal (JSD) ASM Abdur Rab said that the JSD is committed to conduct the struggle to change the politics of older model, state administration system and the country’s constitution. He also said that the all past governments of the country including the present government failed to govern the country properly due to politics of older model. He was addressing as chief guest at a discussion at its office in the city in the occasion of the 37th founding anniversary of the party. He called upon his party’s leaders and workers to form a strong movement against the government saying that the government has lost the people’s confidence for corruption and terrorism and it is working against the national interest. Presided over by JSD Dhaka city unit leader Abdul Khalek, the programme was addressed, among others, by JSD general secretary Abdul Malek Ratan, its leaders Nurul Amin Bhuyian, Ataul Karim Faruk, Md Siraj Miah, Delwar Hossain, Prof Liakat Hossain, Addur Razzak Raza, Advocate Syeda Fatema Hena and Kazi Abdus Sattar. The Programme of JSD’s founding anniversary was started by hoisting the national flag and party flag at its central office.
