Mystery Nexus Phone Pops Up in Google KitKat Video

If you look close enough at a video of the Android 4.4 KitKat statue arriving on Google's campus, you can see the future.
A not-yet-released Nexus device was spotted in a Google video, which captures the unveiling of the Android 4.4 KitKat statue at Google's headquarters. A staffer holds what looks similar to a large smartphone with a camera lens significantly bigger than Google's current Nexus 4 version. Meanwhile, the backplate resembles what is shown on the new Nexus 7 tablet.
Although the video was pulled soon after viewers spotted the product, 9to5Google posted a copy. Check it out above and hit pause at the 0:38 mark.

The video was posted not long after Google announced the latest version of its Android 4.4 "KitKat" — named after the chocolate bar.
Google is known for naming its mobile operating systems after desserts, including Cupcake, Donut, Eclair, Froyo, Gingerbread, Honeycomb, Ice Cream Sandwich and Jelly Bean. Each iteration of its mobile operating system gets a statue on its campus lawn.
