Malala Yousafzai on 'The Daily Show' Will Add Purpose to Your Day

Malala Yousafzai, the 16-year-old Pakistani blogger and author of I Am Malala, appeared on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart on Tuesday, the eve of the one year anniversary of when she was shot by members of the Taliban on her way home from school.
In the clip below, when asked what she would do if she was again approached by a member of the Taliban, who have threatened to attack her again, the brave teen stated that she would not respond with force.

"If you hit a Talib with your shoe, there is no difference between you and the Talib," she said. "I’ll tell him how important education is, and that I even want education for your children as well. And I would tell him, ‘That’s what I want to tell you, now do what you want.'"
Following her poignant response, Stewart asks Yousafzai if her father would mind if he adopted her.
Yousafzai is nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize, which will be awarded on Friday. You can watch the rest of her interview with Stewart below.
