I m a teacher. For long we have been increasing the seats for women in the house. The members are selected whereas they should be elected. Getting selected this way they suffer from the lack of experience of competition. They are avoided by the members directly coming by means of polls. They even hesitate to contribute to anything. They are regarded to be the thumbing party or vote bank of the ruling party. Actually in the guise of women empowerment we are humilliating women race, ignoring their competence, derailing their tendency, destroying their ^can do^ mentality, creating limitation for them and finally misguiding them. The world has been violently competetive outside. No woman raises slogan to ^No Reserved Seat, Let^s Prove^. Why? May half of our manpower remain misguided?
