Policy of conciliation is the best way to become a successful man in our country. From my point of view this is the main problem of our country. Though policy maker find out so many problems, but I think flattery is the key problem which is surrounding all other problems. When we want to remove some problem, adulation is the obstacle to remove that problem. If you go through in any office of our country, you can find out this problem. In such environment, only flatterer can stay, you cannot find out any professional man. Professional people want to establish his dignity by his own work not by crating any kind of sycophancy. For this the professional people leave the country after a certain period. And he makes his position by his eagerness, aspiration, gravity, prudence, bravery and patience.
