Confidence cement NAV analysis is given below 2008 NAV (net asset value) was 300.62 2009 NAV (net asset value) was 737.32 Confidence cement net asset value increased a lot in 2009 3. Eps 2008 confidence cement eps was -14.98 2009 confidence cement eps was 57.18 2010 1st quarter eps is 21.3 (yearly approx eps is by far then 2009 eps) So eps wise confidence cement is very dependable now then of before 4. confidence cement annualized PE is very low and 21.42 Which is less then the margin loan PE 40 5. Confidence cement year end DEC and last dividend 11 march.. confidence cement dividend was 10% stock bonus in 2008 and in 2009 20% stock bonus + 10% cash =+++.. this year we expect more from this company as eps will be high at the end of financial year 6. COnfident cement market catagory is A 7. yearly confidence cement gave more then 200% capital gain last year! last 3 month(61trading days) confident cement has given 51% return.... So still a lot to come for this cement company 8. Confidence cement buy price is 1800 range which is its highest and a breakout of previous all time high .. so a bullish breakout on confidence cement 9. confidence holders made 8.4% in last 21 days(july 15 2010 porjontoe)... which is a bit slow.. but good chance of its increase. we hope confidence cement will give more then 20% in less then 3 month holding (if good eps comes in halfyearly) 10. A bullish share... I will put my money on this Cement for next 21 days or until the half yearly eps declaration comes if half yearly eps is positive . i can put my money for long term with no doubt.. Overall its the buy time for confidence cement for 1800 range I will be happy to see it go past 2000 in short time less then 21 trading days
