Twitter Goes Down on the Web and Mobile
Users are reporting that Twitter is down.
The outage appears to be affecting the service across the mobile and Twitter's website.

Some users have reported that the service went down around 2 p.m. ET on Tuesday, but other are reporting that the service may have down for as long as 20 minutes.

One of the last major Twitter outages occurred back in September of 2013. However, Twitter's own status page confirms that the outage happened as recently as March 2.
