In a fresh move, the education ministry has restricted use of cell phones during class and exam hours in all educational institutions across the country.
Both teachers and students have been asked to follow the directive.
I could welcome the directive if it was given in an comprehensive and realistic way. I dont know weather the education ministry got minimum idea how many students now use cell phone in university, college and even in school levels.
According to the government directive, the teachers and students will not be allowed to bring cell phones in their classes. Here I question the education minister where the students will keep cell phone when they will be in their universities, colleges or schools.
The directive should have been that talking over phone during class and exam is prohibited. I suppose it sounds good.....
