The worst practice of a man is bucolic culture. Not necessary from where one is hailing from rather important is what culture he or she belongs to. Talking about our political culture, neither it be melted nor any reconciliation. The general people always pay for it. Theoretically there are always at least a lame excuse.... Lets hope for a better culture practiced in our country.....the culture free from prejudiced..dogma etc.....
