Payment: 1. 50% of total dues are to be paid at the time of acceptance of the offer. 2. Rest 50% of the dues is to be paid within 3 days of installation & commissioning of equipments at customers end. 3. Setup charge has to be paid in advance. 4. Usage charge/month is to be paid on or before 5th day of each. 5. Equipment and cabling cost excluded all type of Govt. VAT and taxes. Terms and Condition 1. Applicable government rules and regulation are to be maintained by the client. 2. Client has to agree not to use the service to upload, post, e-mail or otherwise transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive harassing, vulgar or objectionable in any other way and any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or any telecommunication equipment or distribute any software that may violate any national or international copyright law. 3. The user must ensure clean, stabilized and surge free electricity connation to all installed equipments at the client’s premises. The client will be liable for damage that may occur from problem related to power. 4. As our service depends on various infrastructure service provider like BTTB, Sea-ME-WE4, VSAT etc so we do not ensure 100% uptime.
